Karibu Concierge Kenya provides personalized concierge and destination management services, including:

Travel and safari arrangements
Conference and event planning
Transportation (car hire, transfers, and group travel)
Relocation support for expatriates and long-term visitors

2. Bookings and Confirmations

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official booking form.
Quotations are valid for a limited time (usually 14 days) and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A deposit may be required to secure bookings; the balance is payable before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved methods shared during booking.
Full payment is required prior to service commencement unless you have a written credit agreement with us.
All bank charges or transfer fees must be borne by the client.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

For accommodation, travel, and events:

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the supplier or service provider’s policy.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after approval.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

For transportation services:

Cancellations within 24 hours may attract full charges.
Vehicle hire must be used responsibly; clients are liable for damage due to negligence.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for bookings.
Comply with Kenyan laws and regulations during your travel or stay.
Treat our staff, partners, and property with respect.
Obtain the necessary travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates, etc.).

Karibu Concierge shall not be liable for losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect client information.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

Karibu Concierge acts as an intermediary between clients and independent suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, transport providers, and event venues).
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, political unrest, or force majeure.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability, service details and rates may change without notice.

Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel or event insurance.

7. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will offer alternative arrangements or a refund, depending on availability and supplier policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Karibu Concierge Kenya and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Kenya Data Protection Act, and the GDPR (for EU clients).
We only collect information necessary to provide and improve our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
